For your Sauna Event you can start with our Basic Package and modify using the Steamsesh Performance List and Enhancements to create your own custom Sauna Evening. We also have a “The Works” option, the Premium Steamsesh Performance Night that includes any combination of performances and all enhancements .

NEW Athlete Cycle

the Athlete Cycle is a functional group class that lasts approximately 2 hours. The class consists of three cycles of: heating in the sauna, followed by cold dip, and then breath work. The intensity of the cycles grow as the class progresses and the essential oils we use during the heating are selected to improve respiratory health, skin care benefits, and contribute to mental and physical state of participants.

The basic package offers three Steamsesh Sauna Performances and includes three Ice Balls per Steamsesh imbued with a selection of essential oils. For the first two Steamsesh Sauna Performances, you can choose from the Relaxation Steamsesh, HOT Steamsesh, or Meditations Steamsesh. Sauna Performances will begin at a specified time and each following Steamsesh will take place one hour from the start time of the previous.
Customize your Sauna Performance Night!
Upgrade your sauna performances to add more Steamseshes for up to five per night, as well as a selection of Enhancements to compliment these Performances. Please note that bundles of herbs are seasonal and if you plan on adding Scrub, allow at least 24 hours notice for us to prepare this Enhancement.

The Premium Steamsesh Performance Night Package includes the Works! this means you can choose from any of the Performances, in any order, and add ANY enhancements to these Steamsesh (limited to one Enhancement per Steamsesh Performance). In addition, a selection of scrubs will be available for your guests between Steamsesh Performances to apply as you please!
