HOT Steamsesh
The Hot Steamsesh is the most popular Performance, it puts guests through a trial of heat and fire with exciting music and roller-coaster highs and lows. This Performance spares no one, bringing up the heat and blasting constant hot air to truly test heat tolerance. The most popular enhancement for this Performance is the Peppermint Scrub: after the first half of the Hot Steamsesh, guests are asked to come outside where they apply peppermint scrub to their body before returning into the sauna to allow the salt to melt into their skin. The cool menthol in the scrub provides a contrasting, relieving feeling against the hottest second half of the Steamsesh. Popular scents include sweet essences.

† Scrub Steamsesh
The Scrub Steamsesh is a popular Performance that focuses on skin regeneration and rejuvenation for guests interested in a spa experience. The Performance brings the temperature up rapidly and asks the guests to step outside of the sauna to apply a variety of flavors of scrub. After guests rub the scrub into their skin, they are asked to return to the sauna where the temperature and humidity is increased to their liking, allowing the scrub to melt on their skin and the essential oils to be absorbed, leaving the skin feeling soft, supple, and revived. Popular scents include herbal and flowery essences.

The Meditations Steamsesh is an innovative Performance that invites guests to listen to philosophy and spoken word meditation in combination with the trial of heat. The Herbal Experience SteamSesh incorporates bundles of fresh or dried herbs that release powerful aromas and beneficial elements when steamed over the Sauna stove for therapeutic effect. Relaxing in nature, this SteamSesh brings the heat up to it’s highest intensity in the first part, and relieves guests of this level of heat via a shower of cold herbal rain produced by dipping the herbal bunches in iced water and working around the room to “rain” on each individual. The result is invigorating and has become a popular request on warm spring days, Popular scents include eucalyptus, Lavender, Mint, and Rosemary essences.

† Inhalation Steamsesh
The Inhalation Steamsesh is a revitalizing Performance that incorporates breathing practice into the sauna session. Scents are chosen to allow guests to breathe deeply in the hot sauna environment and stretch their lung capacity. Halfway through the Inhalation Steamsesh, a menthol essential oil is dissolved into the air, creating a refreshing sensation detectable on the skin and deep throughout the lungs. Guests are asked to breathe deep and feel their lungs fill to capacity, before fresh air is allowed to clear the room, and a final, relaxing scent permeates the space.

Scrub
Sugar & Salt
Scrub is a mixture of salt or sugar, high quality non-allergenic oils, and a variety of ingredients such as peppermint, flower petals, coffee, chocolate, and much more. When applied to the skin and rubbed in, the coarse salt or sugar exfoliates the skin, removing dry, dead cells and revealing a new, fresh, young layer. Hot sauna temperatures and a humid environment additionally unclogs pores, prevents ingrown hairs, improves circulation, and boosts absorption of moisturizers like oils and lotions. The skin feels clear, soft, radiant, and firm, while the experience leaves guests relaxed and relieved of stress.

Salt scrubs offer deep, mineral-rich exfoliation for rough areas like feet and elbows, while sugar scrubs provide a gentler polish, ideal for sensitive skin or the face, thanks to finer granules and natural glycolic acid. Choose salt for invigorating intense buffing and detox, and sugar for gentle hydration and smoothing, but avoid salt on sensitive areas like eyes and broken skin as it will sting!
