SaunaMaster Milo (Milosz Pierwola, Esq.) is a prominent international banya and sauna master and director of the Sauna Master program at Bear and Birch, a wellness, recovery, and banya spa located in New Jersey and one of the Top 37 Saunas in the World. He is the first Sauna Master in New Jersey and one of the first in the United States, known for blending authentic Russian banya traditions, Aufguss Style performances, hot-and-cold contrast therapy, Breath Work, and stress-relief methods into immersive events and retreats.
Sauna Master Milo is mentored by the most decorated Sauna Master in the world, World Champion Maciej Piczura. He received instruction working along side the first Female World Champion, Karolina Jarząbek and her team Adrian Jęrdrzejowski and Rafał Gołąbek at Termy Gorący Potok, as well as a long list of friends and world-class practicing professionals that include friend and “Sensei” Michał Kusiołek and the incredible team of sauna masters Kamil, Mateusz, Marcin and Rafał at Termy Bania, Iwona at Hotel Dune on the Baltic Coast, Boguś at Termy Bukowina, and receives intensive advanced training with friend and decorated Sauna Master Szymon Gilarski at Sauna Park Platinum in Kraków.
