Sauna Master Milo is mentored by the most decorated Sauna Master in the world, Maciej Piczura, and has received training from elite Sauna Masters such as Karolina Jarzabek and Szymon Gilarski, as well as many other active practitioners. Master Milo has worked at saunas across Europe that include spaces with a capacity of over 200 persons and participated in organizing full Sauna Nights for special occasions as well as traditional events. Master Milo is certified and fully insured, and is constantly working with the world’s top experts to expand his knowledge and evolve programs such as Athlete Cycle at Swing Tow, the Art of Sauna.
Presently, Master Milo is the Founder and Director of the Sauna Master Program at the Bear & Birch Sauna in Freehold, NJ where he produces Sauna Performance Nights, SteamSesh events, as well as Sauna, Breathwork classes & Cold Plunge combined into the functional Athlete Cycle clinics. When he is not traveling to Europe for training (away July & August), Master Milo is available for private classes as well as group Lessons and clinics.
